My inspiration for bow buddies was discovered when I was looking for a special "birthday" hair bow for my daughter, Amelia, to wear on her first birthday. Amelia already owned over 15 hair bows, so I was looking for an accessory to add to one of those bows. Ater searching every boutique in town, the only thing I found was a white, hair bow with a ceramic cupcake glued to its center. Not to mention, this particular "birthday" bow cost, $16.00! I quickly realized that interchangeable, fashion for hair bows did not exist. Immediately, I began creating accessories that could transfer from one hair bow to the next - any size, any color- without damaging the bow itself. So, after receiving compliments on the creations Amelia wore around town, bow buddies was brought to life! bow buddies is a patent pending baby, children and teen accessories line that adds a bit of fun, flair & individuality to ANY hair bow .... "because every bow needs a buddy!" P.S. bow buddies look great on headbands, too!
